  The news today that another explosion had rocked an offshore oil rig off Louisiana's coast prompted immediate comments about the conditions on the rigs. Lousiana's workers have been struggling since Hurricane Katrina, and the oil spills have just created another opportunity for employers to exploit low-wage, often immigrant workers.
