LAFCO's "Behind the Wheel"
September 12, 2008"We can't wait around any longer for the wheel of history to turn - we are the wheel of history." Living together in a converted school bus, a group of artists, filmmakers, and musicians set out to fill in our national narrative. What they ended up with is a road movie like no other, featuring Dead Prez, Oliver Stone, guerilla poster artist Robbie Canal, and Hurricane Katrina survivors of New Orleans' 9th Ward. The film is Behind The Wheel, directed by Tao Ruspoli, James Wade, and Cody Lucich, and it's this week's GOT DOCS selection.
