January 26, 2011Monday night, NBC reported that Quantico Brig Commander James Averhart had improperly classified alleged WikiLeaks source Bradley Manning as a “suicide risk” in order to punish him for refusing to follow orders. Already on Prevention of Injury watch, Manning's conditions were tightened further last week against the recommendations of psychiatrists.
