This question is of particular importance in the wake of the recent decision, in the Citizens United case, to allow corporations the unfettered ability to spend money to influence elections. John Bonifaz of Voter Action joins us in studio to discuss the ongoing efforts to fight corporate-controlled elections.
I will be short and to the point. If the laws change and corporations are exempt from donations to elections, what other groups will be exemped as well.
